Open-water mornings. Pre-dawn descents. Brick sessions before the school run. A club that meets you where you are and takes you further than you thought possible.

Dark water. Deep focus.
Before the bike is racked and before the run begins, there's the cold. Our coaches have pulled members from 36-minute 1.9km swimmers to 26-minute open-water athletes. Every stroke is coached. Every session has purpose.
Coached sighting drills, drafting practice, and cold-acclimatisation sets. Wetsuits optional after June.
Video analysis, pull-buoy sets, and stroke correction. Beginners welcome — lanes split by pace.
2.4km to 4km distance swims on named coastal routes. Safety kayak always present.
Carbon. Wind.
Watts.
Group rides on named local roads — Ashdown, the coast, the Downs. Power-zone structured sessions twice weekly. Ex-cyclists rediscovering speed. First-timers learning to corner and descend with confidence.
Legs that remember the finish.
The run is where races are lost and legends are made. Our run squad trains for the specific demands of running off the bike — brick sessions, negative-split long runs, and track intervals at the local athletics club every Wednesday evening.

I signed up for a 70.3 on a dare. Stride got me to the finish line 18 minutes under my goal time. The run squad pushed me harder than I ever would have pushed myself.

I'd been out of competitive running for seven years. The brick sessions here reminded my legs what they're capable of. Sub-4 minute kilometre pace at 44 years old.

I had never run more than a 5k before joining. The structured run sessions and the community support took me from couch to Ironman in 14 months. I still can't believe it.

Your first session is free.
Show up on Saturday at 07:00. Wetsuits and bikes available to borrow. Bring yourself and a willingness to hurt a little.
Three disciplines.
One tribe.

A club built on proof.
Not promises. Not marketing language. Just the data from five years of Saturday mornings, brick sessions, and members who showed up when it was hard and crossed the line when it counted.
The start line
is right here.
First session is always free. No experience required. Just show up — the tribe handles the rest.
